Wardour Warriors, Pretty Muddy 5km, September 2018

The staff took part in a pretty muddy 5k at Bath racecourse on a cold and wet September day, raising over £1500 for cancer research.

World's Biggest Coffee Morning - MacMillan Cancer

On the 28th September, we held a coffee morning in school and invited our families and friends to join us.  All the classes made cakes and many were donated. We raised over £200!

Harvest Festival - supporting Mission Together

£270 was raised at the Harvest Festival for Mission Together.  Apples were harvested from the school grounds and kindly pressed and made into apple juice by the Donhead Apple Company.  The children bought in decorated harvest boxes and these were sold at a silent auction after the harvest celebration.

Alabore - Reverse Advent Calendar, 2018

Alabare is a charity that supports vulnerable, homeless and marginalised people.  It helps them transform their lives, providing accommodation and helping them gain the skills, confidence and opportunities to live a fulfilled life.

In December, the children take part in a reverse Advent Calendar,  bringing in a gift in each day. these are then taken by members of School Council and presented to the charity.

NSPCC Number Day - February 2019

On Friday, the children took part in NSPCC number day.  They dressed as a digit and took part in number activities all day, raising money for the NSPCC.
